Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If you have not done a refund or exchange since the purchase was delivered within 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Except for products damaged in transit, we do not accept returns for reimbursement. Refunds are also not available for change of mind. We also do not accept returns for exchanges, except for mistakenly ordered item colour or sizing. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that can be found in your email.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If the item is damaged you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hikaritora.au@gmail.com with the images of the item within 30 days of receiving the item. 

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving the packaged and will be traced using the return tracker. We will mail out a replacement if one is available after receiving the damaged item and evaluating it internally. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your whole purchase price.

Non-returnable and exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges
Items will only be exchanged if they are of the incorrect colour or size. E.g the order was a size small, however, you need a large. Exchanges for a different product will not be permitted. If you need to exchange something, please contact us at hikaritora.au@gmail.com.

Lost or stolen packages
Hikaritora is not liable for lost or stolen packages that were verified to be delivered to the address provided when placing an order. Hikaritora will confirm delivery to the supplied address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the client to examine upon enquiry.
